The Cost
I offer experienced, UKCP-registered psychotherapy in a warm, grounded and professional setting.
The standard fee for counselling is £65 per 50-minute session
(Effective from April 6th 2026)
From April 6th 2026, sessions will run for 50 minutes, which is the recognised clinical hour in private therapeutic practice. This structure ensures focused, contained sessions and consistent time boundaries.
Appointments are available online and in person.
A brief 15-minute telephone consultation is offered free of charge (I will call you).
Face-to-face sessions are based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.
Online sessions take place via the secure video platform provided through Psychology Today. A private link is sent to you — no downloading or sign-in required.
Payment is required at the time of booking and must be received within 48 hours to secure the appointment. A payment link will be sent by SMS and email when a session is offered. Bank transfer is also accepted.
